RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, following recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and manual brew.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn about different coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female
- 20-28 Years Old
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Passion for coffee and enthusiasm to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Fluent in English is a PLUS.
