Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management Standard, HSE management system audit, HSE regulation and international standards.
3. At least 5 years (s) of working experience as a section head level in the related field is required for this position.
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor/Sidoarjo.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement HSE objectives, aligned with regulations and company strategy. including budget allocation.
2. Establish and maintain an HSE management system to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
3. Conduct regular reviews of regulations and standards, updating compliance programs as necessary.
4. Implement HSE training and communication programs for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain an Emergency Response Preparedness program, including training and resources.
6. Conduct incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
7. Implement HSE inspection and internal audit programs to identify and address non- conformances.
8. Generate regular HSE reports as required by regulations.
9. Present monthly HSE reports to Senior Management, highlighting system performance and compliance status.
