Requirements :

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills are essential (proficiency in English is a must).
4. Proficiency in languages other than English and Indonesian will be a plus.
5. Having a wide network overseas in the FMCG industry is preferred.
6. Flexibility to travel internationally is required.

Responsibilities :

1. New market development: Open and develop new country markets overseas.
2. Manage & Develop Existing Countries.
3. Handle Business Development.
4. Collaborate with the other departments in new product development projects for the export market
