• Passionate about food and beverage, high level of hygiene
• Highly skilled in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, highly konwledge of current cocktail trends
• Have knowledge of wine, alcohol, coffe and mixed drinks, including mixing techniques, garnishes and glassware
