RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, following recipes and quality standards.
4. Operate coffee brewing equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and manual brew.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
6. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
7. Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Learn about different coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Male/Female
2. 20-28 Years Old
3. No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
4. Passion for coffee and enthusiasm to learn.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
8. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
9. Fluent in English is a PLUS.
